An update on PSWS-Network server storage upgrade

Our IT dept. found a way to keep the PSWS-Network server running during the storage upgrade for all functions except for downloading of past observations.

What this means:

• Uploading should work. 
• The website is up & running.
• Processing of uploads should work ("inbounding" or "ingesting" of new data) (this is glitchy but we are working on that).
• You should be able to download recent uploads, i.e., ones from 2026-08-18 and later. 
• For storage upgrade: it will take 1 to 2 weeks to copy all the history data to the new large storage system.
• Once the new storage system is loaded with the historical data, we will connect it to PSWS-Network and copy the recent new data to it; then it should be working as usual.

Thanks for keeping the PSWS website mostly operational. This morning I downloaded all the past files that I need currently. Your warning was very much appreciated.
