Space Weather: Solar Radio Burst observations

On 8 May 2021 spaceweather.com [1] reported a solar noise burst arising from the M3.9 solar flare at around 1910 UTC on 7 May, with a nice graphic of noise spectrum from 16–30MHz from the observatory of Thomas Ashcraft [2].

What I think was a spectral Type V noise burst [3] was captured by a number of amateur stations from East Coast North America to Maui using KiwiSDRs and Rob Robinett's WsprDaemon software with its noise estimation capability. My one-page outline note [4] shows the noise burst as simple line graphs of noise level on the 15 m WSPR band for each station. The graph shows several practical issues need to be addressed to move from qualitative amateur observations to quantitative observations that may be of interest to the HamSci community and the practical deployment of future Personal Space Weather Stations.
