Save by Mode patch for WSJTX: Will this help with Meteor Scatter?

Rob Suggs NN4NT gave a great talk at Huntsville Hamfest this weekend which inspired me to dedicate more time to Meteor Scatter. 

I believe that one aspect of the MSQP activity of uploading .WAV files in order to gather amateur radio data on meteor scatter contacts was an appeal to make sure you're not also uploading FT8/FT4 audio recordings.

I just put together this PR for wsjtx which I think contributes a small quality-of-life improvement for operators like myself who only want to save MSK144 recordings without the burden of remembering to switch on-and-off save mode or manual filter out the FT8 audio recordings after the fact:

Just wanted to check with this community: will this be helpful? I'd also appreciate comments on the PR or additional testers if you're comfortable building your own wsjtx binaries for testing.

Thanks for the kind words Matt. And thanks for that patch. It would certainly make my life easier and I know others would appreciate it. I've not compiled the wsjtx suite myself but would love to see this in the general release.
