Some new features released into PSWS Network server/website

Some new things have been put into production on the PSWS system (https://pswsnetwork.eng.ua.edu):

- Station creation (which had been malfunctioning) has been fixed. You should be able to create new stations under a user without errors now.

- The problem causing "Server Error 500" when you tried to download a dataset (usually rx888 digital_rf dataset), was permissions related, this has been fixed

- There is a new feature in Edit Station Details. If you have created a new station and want to set it up so that your rx888 (or other SDR) can upload observations without the use of a password, you can create an ssh key on your SDR and copy your public key into the SSH Public Key field (then save it). Your SDR should now be able to connect using sftp (or lftp) and no password.
