Eclipse 2021-June receiver bandwidth

I've uploaded my 40 minute 9.996 MHz RWM test recording. I had
my receiver bandwidth set for 200 Hertz, because there is only
the carrier signal.

What receiver bandwidth should I set for the solar eclipse
recording?

For CHU, should we only receive the upper side band?

For WWV, should we set bandwidth for upper and lower side band
to differentiate between WWV and WWVH?
