Greetings all! It was inspiring to see you all at Hamvention. I would like to participate in PSWS, since Fairbanks is in a rather big "wasteland" radio wise. HI! I have listening capabilities from DC to Daylight at my QTH, in a nice quiet location, with three acres available for antennas. Let me know how I can be the most useful. Also, check out my website: www.alaskit.net. I have MILLIONS of discrete components and lots of surplus instrumentation for sale. (Or sometimes free, if you want to pay for shipping from Alaska!)
Oh, and thanks for whoever returned my cell phone to lost and found. It is now safely at home!

Hello Eric (and all others who might have an interest in hosting one of the 25 to 30 PSWS): Please take a look at the following preliminary hosting information....and assuming we haven't scared you off, please fill out the Google Form at the bottom of that page.
Once the post-Hamvention hangover is past (along with the upcoming holiday in the US) I will be reaching out to all who have signed up, to gage their interest, now that we have a better idea of what the HF SDR and magnetometer hardware will look like. Web page updates are needed...and will happen...all in due time.
For now, know that Alaska is definitely an area of interest!
