pswsnetwork Add station not responsive

Hi, I need a little assistance. 

I'm at the point in the WSPRDaemon build that I need to add a new station. I've tried to do so via https://pswsnetwork.caps.ua.edu/stations/add/ without success. I've tried several browsers with JS enabled. After login and completion of the 'Add New Station form', it just returns to the form again without generating a PSWS_STATION_ID
