I had found a repeater map on google maps a while back but now can't seem to locate it.
Is this still available?

There is a repeater map on the website http://www.hamradioelpaso.com/repeater-map.  It's not complete yet.

 

You can also download Martin's "Repeater Locater" map as a PDF file on the top of that page.
