New Ham needs assistance

Ok my first really creative idea for hf dipole using ham sticks is a colossal fail. My house is 30 feet across back eves and about 18 feet up at apex. I need to get help mounting a mast 10 feet above roof. to get vee up 28 feet at center and stable.against wind rain and hail. I can make a nice vee for ten and twenty meters. The mast can be made of sections from ground up that in a pinch can be dropped to behind house. Thus not a permanent antenna! I can hang a nice vee for 20/10 and have in line balum for that issue. Ok HRo soaks me for shipping parts and local hardware store is sad. any one have a center feed for dipole and four egg insulators to sell for.14 Gage wire. My ft857d is collecting dust and needs to make my first DX!
