HOUSEWARMING @ 13 E 17th

Dearest friends, family, and casual acquaintances-

 

As some of you may be aware, there has recently been a changing of the guard on the 5^th Floor of 13 East 17^th Street.  Sean is now the sole survivor from the initial settlers of its hallowed grounds.  In an effort to maintain residency within such an expansive and historic space, he graciously invited George, Dillon, and me to join Brandon and him.  While I can’t speak for everyone, I can say with confidence that 4 weeks into this arrangement I am very happy with the results.

 

To celebrate and commemorate this glorious union (just in friendship, no need to involve the Supreme Court), we thought it was about high time to host a housewarming party.  No doubt many of you are busy with plenty of fun activities this summer, but if you could set this upcoming Tuesday night aside, we’d be honored to enjoy the pleasure of your company.  Details follow below:

• Tuesday, July 2 at ~8pm – feel free to come by earlier or later, we’ll be going well into the night
• At 13 East 17^th Street, Apt 5 – the apartment building right above Lillie’s, buzz us and we can send the elevator down for you
• A healthy array and supply of beverages will be provided, but if you want to bring something we won’t complain
• Please feel free to invite friends, particularly fun ones

 

We look forward to seeing you, the date is set with the intention of this serving as a nice kickoff to the 4^th of July weekend.  Any and all attire is acceptable, but America themed clothing will certainly not be frowned upon.  Bring friends – George, Dillon, and I hope to live up to the lofty party-throwing standards set by our predecessors (long live Eric, John, Kirk, and Molly), and for those who haven’t visited yet, I assure you there is enough space for everyone to be comfortable.  And who knows, maybe we’ll make our way downstairs to Lillie’s for a little late night carousing.

Hey all- Just a reminder to come that the housewarming party is on for tomorrow night, circa 8pm.  Let one of us know if you are gonna make it, and if bringing friends- the more the merrier.  That will help us calibrate how to appropriately provision.  Then we'll just add another 25% or so to whatever is appropriate.
