Happy hour Thursday!

Hi all, 

We picked a spot for Thursday's happy hour: we'll be at The Brass Monkey (hopefully on the roof, if it's nice), starting at around 7 on Thursday. Stop by whenever! 

Also, since we're only 40 days (!!) away from Memorial Day weekend, a quick note about bringing guests on any of your weekends: Everyone is definitely welcome, but they do have to buy in for the weekend, at $275 each (also: they will probably have to sleep on the floor). If you have a quarter/half share and want to purchase extra weekends, it will also be $275 each. We'll use this money to pay for things like cable, utilities, cleaning - and as funds for BBQs and parties!

If you want to bring someone any weekend, or want to buy extra weekends, just shoot me, Katie or Rick an email and we'll figure out the payments.
