I am in Texas, suburb of Dallas

 

I have my Family Tree on Anscestry, it is the Ward, Holder, Hampton, Farmer, Hasha, Williams, & Barbee

 

My name is Janea (Ward) Williams

You probably have a lot more of the Hamptons than I have, I haven't been searching near as long as you have, but I will share anything I have.

My family came over in 1682/3 from Midlothian, Scotland.  They landed on Staten Island and lived in NJ, then moved to Wrightstown, PA (Joseph Hampton and the Pennsylvania Quakers)

Janea, I wasn't able to find your Ancestry tree using the title you gave.
I will appreciate your telling me how to get to it, since it comes up
with thousands
to look through to try to find it by the title.
My Hampton ancestors were also in Isle of Wight Co., VA,
descended from Francis and Elizabeth Neville Hampton,
so I am very interested in seeing what you have.
Thanks very much for your help to be able to find your Ancestry tree.

THEY CAME TO AMERICA AND SETTLED IN HAMPFIELD ,GLOUCESTER CO. ,VA.                            FROM VA THEY MIGRATED TO OHIO. I'M FINDING A LOT OF HAMPTONS THAT FIT YOUR MIGRATION MORE THAN MINE. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND A   LOT THAT CAN HELP YOU ON ANCESTRY.COM. I IMAGINE YOUR BRANCH WILL INCLUDE WADE HAMPTON WHO WAS A DISTANT COUSIN OF MY GG-GRANDFATHER . THEY WERE ON  DIFFERENT SIDE IN THE CIVIL WAR. THEY WERE BOTH AT THE SIGNING OF THE END OF THE WAR IF YOU HAVE SEEN A PICTURE OF THIS WHEN LEE SIGNED THE PAPERS..
