RESCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 23

 

The City of Tampa is putting all of its effort into Form Based Zoning for Seminole Heights.  Therefore Hampton Terrace Local District Committee will not have a separate presentation from zoning on the zoning currently in place.

 

This committee will not have its regular monthly meeting this Tuesday, February 5, 2008.  Instead, we urge all of you to attend the FORM BASED ZONING MEETING AT THE GARDEN CENTER for further information about these important plans for Seminole Heights.

 

Our February Meeting will take place SATURDAY MORNING FEBRUARY 23.   We will meet in the neighborhood, do a brief introduction of the pictorial Visual Survey Form and begin surveying the homes in Hampton Terrace.  We will  notify you of the exact time in a few days.

 

We urge all of you with an interest in the Neighborhood to attend the OSHNA Meeting on Tuesday and the Garden Center
