My order was not fulfilled 25 days ago. A label was created the "Stuck at UPS". It took almost a month to receive my item. Only after emailing multiple times, and finally talking with Trey, was my order verified my shipping. The mouse pad is great. Trey seemed great. I've just had a terrible first experience using the company.
We received our mouse pad and love it. It is a nice pad with plenty of room for my mouse and keyboard, and the design is totally awesome!
The communication from the store could be better.
The only update we had was when we first ordered it and then 3 days later it said the shipping tag has been made and waiting for UPS pickup.
We never received any information on it shipping.. I emailed to see where it was and got a preprinted email saying it will ship on the date the website shows it available.
When we received it in the mail we were excited. It is really cool.
We had no idea when it was coming because they never updated the shipping information.
We use a blend of polyester/spandex that is extremely unique in it's properties. First off, it is a very smooth gliding fabric with good stopping power for gaming. Because of its dense weave, artwork prints brilliantly on them. In addition, they are very easy to clean and don't develop dead spots over time. This fabric is preferred by the majority of the gaming content creators we work with!
Most mouse pads are 2mm or 3mm thick. They slide around on the desk, there's not much support there for your wrist and arms. Here at Epic Desk we decided to create our mouse pads with comfort and practicality in mind, every mouse pad is 4mm thick.
Each mouse pad has sewn edges that aren't raised but rather sits flush. We also use a high quality thread designed to not irritate your skin. Depending on the style of artwork, we will either use a white thread stitched over the artwork or we will do an all black seam around the edges.

An Epic Boon is a special power available only to 20th level characters. Characters at that level gain such boons only if the DM wants them to and only when they find it appropriate. Epic Boons are best awarded after the characters complete a major quest, or accomplish something else particularly notable. A character might gain an epic boon after destroying an evil artifact, defeating an ancient dragon, or halting an incursion from the Outer Planes.
When another creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an ability check, an attack roll, or a saving throw, you can roll a d10 and apply the result as a bonus or penalty to the roll. Once you use this boon, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.
