Accessibility Toggle is reversed

This toggle behaves opposite to how it should be. 

To allow hammerspoon to control the computer, the toggle needs to be turned off. 

To disallow hammerspoon from controlling the computer, the toggle needs to be turned on.

System version: 14.6.1 (Sonoma)

Hammerspoon version: 1.0.0
