American White Pelicans

The two American White Pelicans have been in this area since May 29th. They are at the Windermere basin or the tollgate pond area. I have informed many birders where the tollgate pond is located. It was called tollgate pond because there use to cost a fee to go over the Skyway Bridge, before it was twinned and the toll both was located opposite the ponds.

 The pelicans were in the bay beside the tollgate pond yesterday. The two images are from that time.
