Hello everybody!

My name is Lily, I’m new to the group and very excited to be here! I have a request for participation in my research study.

As part of the Global Urban Bird Survey at the Bonier Lab at Queen’s University, I’m running a study trying to understand the factors that influence urban bird diversity. I’m looking for participants to complete a short survey (~10 minutes) assessing greenness and human activity in ten short videos (~15 seconds each). If you are able to participate please reply to this email or reach me at naa...@mcmaster.ca and I will send you the survey link! No personal information will be collected in the survey.

I would be so grateful for your help with this project, as the more participants I have, the more robust the data will be, and the more accurate the analysis. My hope is that the data will help guide future urban planning to promote bird biodiversity!

Here's a link to some more information on the study: https://www.bonierlab.com/challenges-of-urbanization

All the best,

Lily
