Mourning Warbler near Ryckman's Corners

I was just out in our backyard and heard and then saw a male Mourning Warbler.  I'm home for the rest of the day so if you want to try your luck with seeing it, you're welcome to come over.  Our address is 106 Seneca Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario (southeast of Upper James and Rymal Road).
