We've had a run of bad luck with binoculars in recent weeks (one pair in a lake, one pair on the ground) and if anyone has any extras kicking around that they would be willing to loan, or part with, we'd be interested in hearing about them. We'd also love recommendations about where to get the wet pair repaired (the dropped ones are beyond hope). Sounds like there aren't many options these days.

Any chance either pair that you broke were vortex? If so, they have an excellent warranty policy, and you could absolutely get them fixed or replaced, even if they are out of make. Regardless of brand, worth looking into their warranty policy.
