Nominations officially open for 2019-2020 Executive roles - AGM 29th March

Hello Everyone,

If you wish to nominate yourself for any of the Hamilton Pride Executive team positions for 2019-2020 (Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary or General executive member) please email In...@hamiltonpride.co.nz with your full name and the position you are nominating yourself for. Please also have a friend or colleague email us seconding your nomination.

For more information on the roles please see the attached documents. The rules of the society / constitution contain the official role descriptions. The other document I drafted to provide more specific information on how the roles operate within HPI and the skills needed.

Nominations will close 5 pm on the 25th of March. You will be expected to attend the upcoming AGM on the 29th of March where the voting to choose the next executive team will occur.

If we do not have sufficient nominations to fill the vacant positions - Chairperson and Secretary, we will have to formally shut down Hamilton Pride Inc.
