Please find attached to this email the agenda and the Chairpersons Report for the 2018 AGM which is happening this Friday at 6:30 pm at Link House  2 Dawson St, Hamilton East, Hamilton 3216. 

Also attached to this email are the new role descriptions for each of the positions which are going to be filled at the AGM. 

We need your support to continue running HPI. Please make coming to the AGM a priority.
