Race Nights with a Compere and equipment from Nite Out Promotions

With our compered events we bring all the equipment including sound, projector, screen, films and tickets and a professional compere to run your event and work out all the odd and payouts, all you will need to find is 2 tote ticket sellers and £50 to £100 change. Our race nights cost £170 upwards and we work for you, so what ever day you want and time we will do it.

The cost of each tickets is 50p, therefore the overall takings on this race is 50p x total tickets sold. If you are keeping some of the profits then work on 2/3 as prizes 1/3 goes to the fundraiser. The money left over after the profit has been deducted is shared amongst the winning number of tickets sold on the winning horse.

50p x 420= £210.00
(Cost of the tickets x total tickets sold)

£210.00 ÷ 3 = £70.00
(Total tickets sold ÷ 1/3)

£210.00 - £70.00 = £140.00
(tickets sold minus the profits)

£140.00 ÷ 56 = £2.50
(Winning Kitty after fundraising deduction ÷ total amount of tickets sold on the winning runner)

£2.50 is the amount paid out to each winner.

If you buy 9 from our new races or our other races you will get 4 extra free for £135 plus P&P or if you buy 18 we will give you 10 free for £270 plus P&P or you can buy them for £15 each.

We have over 140 different races from around the world that include races from the UK, Ireland, Australia, Barbados, Malta, South Africa, New Zealand and Hong Kong, our races include Flat, Jump, Greyhound, Afghan hounds, trotting, and even racing pigs(pigs are done by name and number).
