Building java-hamcrest 2.0.0.0

Hi,

I am trying to build locally java-hamcrest 2.0.0.0. On a Windows machine just works fine, however on a Linux machine I get the 2 following test failures:

can anyone help why these two tests fails ? The process is executed under root user.
