Important CIARA and COMMS group information

Hi Everyone,

After discussions with CIARA members and Emergency Management we are moving the CIARA meetings to the second Saturday of each month starting in May, before the COMMS group meeting.

The APRIL meeting will still be at the Noblesville Library starting at 9:30 on April 4th.

The schedule starting in May will be:

Doors open at 7:30 AM

CIARA meeting starts right at 8:00 AM

CIARA meeting has a hard stop at 9:15 AM

Due to facility security requirements only authorized COMMS group members may remain after 9:25 AM

COMMS group meeting starts at 9:30 AM - starting in May

This change should help increase participation, as many members have found it difficult to attend two separate weekend meetings. 

With more participation, we look forward to even better discussions and club engagement.

This will also help raise awareness of the COMMS group. If you are interested in joining, we can provide more information during the CIARA meeting.

For those of you doing presentations the room does have a projector setup that plugs in with HDMI.

CIARA Breakfast - My first idea is to continue having breakfast on the first Saturday each month. Everyone that's interested can come to breakfast, talk and go about your business the rest of the day.

I'm open to suggestions on that but I think keeping the breakfast going that Dallas N9DAM started a few years ago is a great idea.

Attached is a map to show you the address, where to park and what door to enter for the May meeting.
