Azim Bhai, you should also visit the website of Bihar Anjuman (http://www.biharanjuman.org/), they are doing great work in Bihar. I have been associated with them, but now a days not participating at all, although still a member. They are very popular among Bihari NRIs. If you need any information, I can get from them.
