Aadab,
First of all I would like to congratulate Hafeez Bhai for his wedding
in Monsoon. I think we all are agreeing on two common points. First,
the condition of common Muslims in India is very much pathetic and we
are losing our representation in most of the sectors whether it is
business or politics; and moreover our absence especially in the key
institutions where policies are drafted makes the picture most gloomy.
Second, a group has limited resource (including time, money, hands,
potential, etc.) and therefore it has its own limitation.

As we are thinking to bring positive change in the society through
education so we all have decided to work for the educational
development of the Muslims by opening up schools or madarsas or
institute for technical or vocational training, etc.

To give shape to/operationalise our thought we need to have two
bodies; firstly, a society to take care of legalities, and secondly, a
managing committee (main body) which will run the institutions
(schools, madras or training institutes).

I will suggest to postpone the discussion for the time being, over the
kind of institution we are going to have (technical/school) and decide
few things like the name of the society, who is going to head it, and
the objective of the society, etc. As we have already discussed these
things so we must conclude these matters very soon.
I suggest the Name of Azim Bhai for President-ship and advise him to
make his team. From the legal point of view the team must be
constituted by a minimum of 7 persons. But these persons must be
easily available and accessible.

I endorse the name of society as has been suggested by shabbir bhai-
Society for liberation through education.
To keep us focused, in my opinion, the object must be one and only
one- that is to work for the educational development of the Muslims.
I request all the members to spare some time and think over it. Please
communicate your opinions.

thanks faiz. its true that we should muster our energy and expedite the work. i request you all to finalize the names of office bearers as well as the members of executive committee so that registration process is completed. opening of bank account is contingent upon the registration of the society. i know we all are busy in our work but a brief time could be spared for it.
