Add the Apache Hadoop and the Apache HBase classpaths to the Tomcat 9.0.17 classpath

Hi,

I am trying to deploy the RDF4J Server and Workbench WARs in Tomcat 9.0.17 in a Ubuntu 18.04 server.

I followed the instructions in https://merck.github.io/Halyard/tools.html#rdf4j-web-applications, but I receive the following error:

Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.hadoop.hbase.util.GetJavaProperty

My HDFS installation comprises Hadoop 2.9.2, ZooKeeper 3.4.14, HBase 2.2.0
