Presplit application

Hello All,

I am new to Halyard and have been playing with the cli tool to understand better. I was not sure if I was using the halyard bulkhead correctly.

My command:

./halyard bulkload -s hdfs://ip-172-31-23-111.us-east-2.compute.internal:8020/tmp/input/test.ttl -w hdfs://ip-172-31-23-111.us-east-2.compute.internal:8020/tmp/workDir3 -t testRepo

But it failed to load the data to testRepo

I checked and the testRepo is present

The test.ttl is also present
