Dear Students,
This is to inform you that the project viva-voce dates have been preponed to
23rd June 2011.
The batches are as follows:
23/6/11 - 20 students (30408621001-30408621021)
24/6/11 - 20 students (30408621022-30408621041)
25/6/11 - 20 students (30408621042 - 30408621061)
27/6/11 - 18 students (30408621062-30408621080)
You must be present in college by 8:30 a.m on the day of your exam .
The guidelines for preparing the final PPT is given below
Slide background : white
Font color : black/ any dark color
Font Name : Tahoma/ Times New Roman/ Arial
Slide Order:
1. Title slide - Project title, Student Name, Register No, Guide Name and Designation.
2. Abstract - bulletted points.
3. Existing system
4. Proposed System
5. Hardware and Software Requirements
6. Module list
7. Module Description - 2 or more slides
8. Data Flow Diagram - Level 0,1,2
9. Database design
10 .Form design - screenshots - 2 to 5 slides
11. Sample code - with link to external document if necessary - 2 to 5 slides
12. Future enhancements
13. Conclusion
NB:
* Complete demo of the project is to be kept ready for the viva-voce.
* It is the responsibility of the student to get the software installed prior to the viva dates.
* The presentation has to be approved by the project guide/ coordinator before the final viva.
* A hard copy of the PPT should be submitted to the coordinators .
* Those who have not received their hall tickets are asked to get it at the earliest.
