Sent to your private e_mail - not the site.

Now I am going to insult you. You are an absolute worthless jerk who should be barred from this site for insulting remarks.  You have posted much material but applied no knowledge to  the info.  As such it is garbage in garbage out.

Almost a month ago I told you that you owed me an apology and have not yet received one.

You have contributed absolutely nothing to the information required for people to fix their Acadia's,  When I asked you to make some measurements on your system - you were unable to even figure out how it was hooked up until I sent you a better drawing,  and then due to complete lack of understanding of how AC circuits work - made misleading and in fact simply wrong statements.  And when you did so - I did not insult you.  I simply told you that your statements  were wrong for which you proceeded to insult me.

I first found the ICM by calling the reference number on the Bristol App notes.  When I called the application engineer and discussed the dual relay/dual contactor issue - he stated flatly that he didn't think the USMR could be used for that application at all.  Your re-post of the USMR spec which I had previously seen - was a good reminder and I managed to get in touch with Andy Katah - the VP of engineering.  Andy agreed that a compromise solution using a carefully picked potential relay as a compromise between the R1 and R2 relays would work, (my original design)  but explained that the USMR had internal circuitry that allowed it to determine when the start cap needed to disconnect.  He and I became quite friendly based on mutual respect and a lot of previous business contact connections.  I used my credential to make that connection - and doubt that you could have done so.  So your finding the USMR and not having the foggiest idea of why it was the right part (the spec does not talk to the voltage independence feature) and how it could be used to solve the Acadia starting problem.

I certainly hope that you do discontinue posting unless you learn some respect for others.

Now shut up and apologize - or I will find a way to cut you off fromthe Google site - and of course you are no longer welcome to savemyacadia.org --- having insulted and abused both Gabe Josephs and myself.

You seem to forget who first found the umsr.  If I had not brought it
up you two would still be touting the kickstart as the answer.  I'm
not looking for your advice, I am pointing out inaccuracy for those
who may not see it.  If my info is not wanted this will be my final
post.  Good luck everyone!
