Does anybody know where one can get a 3d scan of a small object?  I want to 3d scan my garmin watch strap as the rubber ones they make eventually break.

I searched myself for 3d scan services and most of the "hits" I get back are for companies that seem to cater to businesses and not a person off the street.

The main library has a 3d printer and not a scanner (at least that what there website states).

I tried to use my samsung s10e camera and KIRI engine photogrammetry software but the results are not good.  I think you have to have almost perfect lighting and I do not want to spend $ on a lightbox that may not work.

I guess if I have to I will have to buy a 3d scanner but if I can find a business that does 3d scanning for "joe average" that would be preferable.

Thank you,

Darryl

I have a 3D scanner and could likely scan that for you.

There are several apps (Android / iOS) which can scan from photos, as well as some employing the depth camera on newer iPhones.
Something that small should be pretty easy to scan.
