Workshop leasing opportunity

Hi everyone,

I own a workshop in Enfield.

It's 24x36, two stories on 2 acres. Slab on grade. 8' lean too as well. 

I have leased it for last two years but the tenant is moving out of province. 

I am a carpenter by trade and am very interested in being part of a makerspace but it's an expensive piece of property so I need to cover the costs. 

Wanted to start a discussion.
