ANN: HalBuilder 3.0.1

Hey all,

Just released HalBuilder 3.0.1 earlier today, details are at:

A brief overview:

* HAL+XML and HAL+JSON broken out of halbuilder-core to their own
projects
* Namespaces now require URI-Temples with {rel} in the URI - test
data also updated to valid curies.
* Now allows _properties that aren't reserved by the HAL spec.

The API artifact remains at 2.0.1 whilst halbuilder-core and the new
json/xml/standard artifacts are now 3.0.1.
