Assalamu Alikom Wa Rahmet Allah wa Barakatoh,

Inshallah this email finds you in the best of health and highest of Iman. I'm excited that we started this halaqah and inshallah we all benefit from it. In this email: I attached the files that we will be using and explained everyone's role in the halaqah.

• Attached is the Personal Assessment excel sheet which we explained last time

Roles and responsibilities

• Brother A Hasan and B Imran : Quran/ Seerah
• Brother A Bilgehan and B Levent: Aqidah
• Brother A Yousef Haddad and  B Yousef Ali: 40 Hadith 
• Brother A Salman and B Omar: Muslim Character

Brother Omar will be the halaqah coordinator for the time being.
Brother Yousef Haddad will be in charge of collecting the personal assignments from everyone and averaging them.
Brother Hasan will be in charge of Quran memorization every week before Thursday and give us a report on who called.
Everyone  is responsible  to set a certain number of Ayats and recite them to brother Hasan before Friday.
Everyone  please call if you won't be to come.

For each topic we have two presenters who alternate every week. All A presenters are going this week

Inshallah we all enjoy this halaqah and use it to be the starting step for an Islamic upraising.

P.S; I'm out of state and I will be coming on Monday morning. Inshallah Brother Hasan will be in charge of running the halaqah. please prepare your assignments and be there on time.

I'm not sure if I can attend the Halaqah on time. My company got a new project with TMobile and i used to go home late last two weeks.
Please let someone else runs the Halaqah this time instead of me.

Wa aleykum al salam wa barakatuh! I'm not sure if I can make it today and I apologize for letting you know so late. We are still facing some repercussions from the major flood and I haven't gotten much homework done that is due Sunday and I need to organize a huge event for next Saturday.
