Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: • Received and passed Maui County Plumbing inspection for main gas and water lines from house to street. • Sewer and waterline now live to house. • Continued working on roof top furniture. • Elegant Painting continued the painting of the drywall ceilings at main level. • Hilltop working on water proofing at BBQ area • Keith Drew and continued install of steel stingers for the interior stairs. • Drywall finishers continuing at main level. • Completed covering and protecting floors and cabinetry. • Continued setting cabinet toe kicks throughout. • Ordered roof top decking add on material. • Next Level back on-site Friday to continue setting slab counter tops. • Mike Ramos scheduled to install conduit for heat pumps This week Thursday. • CMAC back on-site Friday to begin utility ditch back fill and final site rough grade at front. • Installed shelf’s a Kihei bedroom Desk. Developed shelf’s at Makai bathroom vanity. • Attended monthly project meeting with CCR. • Began staging of Signature Shades material at roof top.
