• Site meeting with Tomas, Tomas on-site tomorrow to excavate boat sprinkler trenches at front driveway. • Meeting with Cody/CMAC. Back culvert excavation complete, concrete drain box fabrication complete tomorrow Thursday. CMAC scheduling delivery, and completion. • Meeting with Keith Drew primary in regard to circular stair assembly at elevator. • Keith back on-site tomorrow delivering 2nd half of stringer, and beginning layout of stringers. • Mike Ramos meeting, Mike and crew continuing on spa prep and tiling. • Completed upper pool steel stair assembly install. • Completed Parklex panel replacement at front soffit. • Reviewed interior stair glass railing standoff installs and lay out for glass order. • Began shop drawings for rear lanai donut hole glass railing order. • Laid out and began rear lanai landing Parklex soffit install.
• Kamalu on-site running pool bunker room circuitry for the pool equipment. • Received (in one piece) the Seura replacement mirror for the Makai bathroom. • Waterproofed pool columns. • Scheduled CCR labor to help with project major clean up and organization.
