Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: • Aloha Friday!! and Monday! • CMAC on-site back filling sewer and drain lines. • Woodys plumbing on-site installing main gas and waterlines. • Scheduled Maui County Plumbing to inspect main gas and water lines to street for tomorrow Tuesday. • Continued working on roof top furniture. • Elegant Painting began the painting of the drywall ceilings at main level. • Elegant Painting completed wood ceiling clear coat at all wood ceilings. • Hilltop working on exterior shower floor tile installs. • Continued base and door Fry Riglet installs at lower level. • Keith Drew and crew continued install of steel stingers for the interior stairs. • Drywall finishers continuing at main level. • Continued covering and protecting floors and cabinetry. • Continued setting cabinet toe kicks throughout. • Received approval for roof top decking add on order. • Received approval for Next Levels custom sink prototype from Mike B. • Received site visit and meeting from Mike B. and the lovely Miss Tiger. • Completed install of smart glass at Kihei shower door. • Next level setting counter tops at main kitchen and lower rec room bath. • Met Mike Ramos to review and schedule conduit install for heat pumps. • Met with Hilltop water proofing to review waterproofing at BBQ Lanai area.
