Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: 2/23. 2/24 • Laid out and mocked up back lanai stairs and landing. • Ramos bros working on pool equipment at bunker room. • Continued fabrication of concrete steps at spiral to roof stairs. • Began clean out of back yard. • Began material consolidation for off haul. • Received new 12 yard dumpster. • Staged signature Shades back trellis material at back yard. • Fabricated new ply top for island redo. • Received pool tile selection confirmation from Mike B. • Worked with HES on various electrical finish details. • Hilltop working on tile installs at elevator shaft exterior, and half wall at outside master shower. • Weekly project accounting meeting with Gen. • Ford onsite. • Donny on site applying next step to epoxy floor at kegerator pad. • Edesign not on-site all week. • Elegant painting on-site. • Began set up of scaffolding at stair well for elegant painting. • Removed scafolding at obsevatory tower. • Worked with Gen on order for the broken Robern mirror door.
