Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: 4/28. 4/29 • Epoxy floor scope is complete. • Epoxy floor crew has demobilized. • Confirmed Woodys Plumbing will be back tomorrow to install water filtration system. • Continued install of the big garage work bench cabinetry. • Tygrr and Mike B. continuing on shower gate fabrications. • Worked with Mike and Tygrr on shower gate details. • Ramos pools continued shells reef tile installs at pool infinity wall. • Site meeting with Dimitri. • Site meeting with Cody/CMAC, Mike B. to discuss back drainage scope, details, schedule, and pricing. • Nahem onsite. • Completed roof top furniture final placement and final attachments. • Continued roof top decking sealer install. • Woodys plumbing on-site installing second foot wash, island sink, faucet, garbage disposal install, gas cooktop install and observatory toilet install. • Received delivery of the Graff master towel bars, and Blanco soap despensers. • Elegant painting crew on site. • EDesign crew on-site. • Completed layout and began drilling concrete for the back stair steel stair assembly. • Cleared out driveway areas at elevator and garages. • Keith Drew on-site working on roof top railings. • Began laying out circular driveway, circular planter box and circular stairs at elevator.
