Brad here Wed. • Worked with Gen on Donnie’s epoxy contract. • Weekly project accounting meeting with Gen. • Keith Drew on-site working on spiral stair case to roof. • Began fabricating patterns for the concrete treads at spiral stairs to roof. • Keith to order roof top planter box material. • Reviewed addition stair details with Keith. • Keith lined us out on drilling interior metal stair treads for edesigns monkey pod tread light wiring routes. • Began drilling said metal stair treads. • Reviewed exterior shower gate hardware. • Hilltop on-site. • Elegant painting on-site. • Ford continuing to set up art studio at small garage. • HES on-site wiring roof top pergola. • Continued roof top decking installs. • Completed mirror install to frames at pool bath and walk in closet. • Completed monkey pod stair tread and landing mill work. • OAC meeting. • OC meeting. • Met with Edesigns Mike Rankin, reviewed interior punch list. • Edesign crew to return next week Tuesday through completion. • Confirmed Surdevant will be on site tomorrow Thursday. • Let Tomas know complete set of plans are ready for pick up.
