Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: • Received notification the cargo lift will be delivered to the site tomorrow Wed. • Received confirmation from Access Lifts they will be on-site Monday to begin install of the cargo lift, and finish up dumb waiter install. • Woodys plumbing on-site tomorrow Wed. to begin sewer line install. • Maui County Plumbing scheduled for sewer line install this week Thursday. • Completed bed assembly install at Makai bedroom. • Completed 99.9% of all interior cabinet installs. • Weekly project meeting with Gen. • Completed base board installs at lower level. • Met Elegant Painting to discuss the painting of drywall ceilings. • Confirmed Elegant painting will be on-site Friday to prep wood ceilings for clear coat, spraying clear coat on Sat. • Hilltop working on exterior shower floor tile installs. • Began base and door Fry Riglet installs at lower level. • Keith Drew and crew began install of steel stingers for the interior stairs. • Drywall finishers continuing at main level. • Completed study of kitchen island hood install. • Installed kitchen island hood. • Received quote from Timber Tech for additional decking at roof top.
