Jon Lowe, Super / Project Manager at Castaway Construction & Restoration LLC: • Aloha Friday!! • Ramos crew on-site installing supply and return waterlines, control wire conduit and line voltage conduit for pool heat pumps at front of property. • Received and passed maui County electrical and plumbing inspections for Ramos’s above installations. • Scheduled CMAC to return Monday to start backfill at utility trench and setting finish rough grades at front. • Site meeting with Mike B., Mike Ramos and pool tile artist Robert Vogland. • Site meeting Mike B. and the ever breath of fresh air Miss Tiger. • Began labeling, spreading fixtures, fans, etc. • Completed install of lower cabinets at observatory out side wet bar. • Drywall finishers at main level, completion set for Wed. Next week. • Painters completed primer install at main level drywall ceilings. • Painters scheduled for paint installs at main level drywall ceilings for next week Wed. • Spoke and confirmed with Signature Shades Brad he and crew will be on site Monday for two weeks to begin installs starting with the observatory retractable roof. • Continued staging Brads material. • Spoke and confirmed with Tony at Access lifts they will be on-site Monday to complete dumb waiter install and start cargo lift install. • Site meeting with HES Kamalu, and new head Garrett. • Kamalu to begin on site Monday on the elect. side, scheduling meetings with Garrett, Mike B. on the PV side. • Located stone tub into Makai bathroom. • Completed self wall cabinet install at Makai bathroom. • Hilltop completing shells reef tile install at lower level kitchenette wall. • Hilltop beginning shells reef tile install at main kitchen wall. • Next Level on-site dry fitting additional slab counter tops. • Spoke with Nicole at pac s. regarding exterior door order.
