I've updated the Halalan demos installed here:

https://unplug.eee.upd.edu.ph/halalan/

release - now points to the 1.4.1 release (previously 1.4.0)
stable - fixed and updated for the recent changes in the 1.x.x branch
(already contains the "Multiple Election Instances" feature)
unstable - points to trunk (currently broken)

Also,
https://unplug.eee.upd.edu.ph/halalan-svn now points to halalan/stable
instead of halalan/release

* The databases of both release and stable are "refreshed" daily
* stable is also (svn) updated daily

Thanks for prompt implementation of "Multiple Election Instances" feature.
