HALALAN URGENT ISSUE: Graduated students enrolled in 2nd degree

Guys,

Is there a way to solve this? Sa pagkakaalam ko ay naranasan din ito sa NCPAG. The same thing happened to LAW.

Example: isang nagtapos ng Econ, now Law student, ang nakikita nyang ballot ay sa Econ.

Is this really a problem or that's how it is sa rules?
