Where can I have the documentation about the voting encrypt of the Halalan system?

Hi,
As of the latest version, votes are not yet encrypted (research/work
is underway). Only passwords and cookies are encrypted. The
encryption of passwords are done using SHA1 (this will change in the
next version) while the encryption of cookies are done using the
default method of CodeIgniter.
