* webserver -> web server
* Javascript enabled web browser -> JavaScript-enabled web browser

1.2
* Remove the leading slash in "/system/application/config/database.php"
because it might cause confusion.
* "Create writable directories: public/captcha, ...." -> "Create
directories writable by the web server ..." (or something similar)

1.3
ALL: "It accepts TRUE or FALSE as its value" -> "Possible values are
TRUE or FALSE"
* 'pin' -> 'PIN' (since it is an acronym. :D)
* Candidate Details: "This defines the displaying of candidate details
in the ballot only" -> "If set to TRUE, the candidate details are
included in the ballot (voter interface)" (or something like that)
* Candidate Order: "This defines the randomization of the order that
which the candidates' names will be displayed per position" -> "If set
to TRUE, the ordering of the candidates' names in each position will
be randomized for each voter" (or something similar)
* Virtual Paper Trail: "This defines the generation of a virtual image
trail of the votes in the election" -> "If set to TRUE, a virtual
paper trail (PNG image) containing the votes, the voter's identity,
and a hash is generated for each submitted ballot"
