HAL-FORMS _links specs updated...

I updated the HAL-FORMS _links collection language today. 

- updated spec:[0] 

- diff:[1].

This is meant to bring it into line w/ the way i see people using the _links collection IRL. it allows for more than one link in the collection and RECOMMENDS there be at least one link with the key set to "self".

AFAICT, this is a non-breaking change. feel free to ping me directly, on this list, or in the repo issues[2] if you see any problems and/or fixes that are needed.
