Am I the only one surprised by how none of the blogs that pushed hard for this product is interested in following up with the debacle? The bottom line is that the only way to get a mess like this untangled is by bring it to the open light.

This as a news story is not relevant as of yet. If a class action on behalf of the Hal 9000 customers is filed? And a criminal investigation by law enforcement lauched in tandem? It will go viral and be picked up by various news outlets. 

And many more Hal 9000 customers will then join in.

The class action lawsuit should place emphasis on Indiego and other public fund raiser platforms conducting due dilegence on those raising funds. As Steve Dymszo had a very sketchy if not notorious background for not delivering product to customers stretching back many years. Indiego could have easily found this out with by searching the Internet.
