I am not a licensed attorney, but I do have somewhat of a background in business affairs and complex business litigation.

Questions: In the Master Replicas Group bankruptcy filing there are 2 companies listed.

One is a prototyping and fabrication firm: Acme Design

I am assuming that they either developed and/or protoyped product for Steve Dymszo and Master Replicas Group.

One is a retail sales consulting firm: Catalyst Sales Group LLC

I am assuming that this company handled Master Replicas Group's wholesale and retail sales.

Has anyone called or reached out to these companies to find out their position in all of this?

So Steve Dymszo and Master Replicas owed these entities money.

Are these the two entities that Steve Dymszo are claiming took over the company?

Dymszo claims in his first long letter that an entity claimed money was owed them for consulting that he knew nothing about.

Are these 2 entities now running Master Replicas Group?

Or was Steve's son-in-law the one who betrayed him and is now running Master Replicas? That seems highly unlikely.

Why would Steve turn over controlling interest of his company to these individuals or companies if Master Replicas Group was his dream company and his final company before he retired?

Something is not adding up in all of this...
