Court Documents - Bankruptcy Trustee

The bankruptcy Trustee is, I believe, the person who should be contacted first. Here is what that person does:

"Trustee: Provides the name of the representative of the bankruptcy estate who exercises statutory powers, principally for the benefit of the unsecured creditors, under general supervision of the court and the direct supervision of the U.S. Trustee or Bankruptcy Administrator."

Since "we" are all unsecured creditors, it's important that they are aware of the size of this group.

I would recommend that someone contact her by phone to have a brief discussion about ensuring that "we" are included and to find out what "we" should do next. This is not the time to discuss Steve's email or past history. It's just to focus on ensuring the Trustee knows that "we" exist.

I am not an attorney and unfortunately have very limited time to devote to this, but as someone who was really excited about the product, I hope that things will work out for everyone.

Thanks again Tom. More good info. I had asked about this earlier I think, who was the bankruptcy trustee?

I concur Ms. Miller should be contacted. But I disagree with you on informing her about Steve Dysmzo's shady past and dealings and history of undelivered product. As she has the capacity to try and protect the assets of Master Replicas Group and to look very deep into their underhanded dealings. So it is crucial to share with her asap. There is still hope!
